Description:
Vanillin is a fine, white to off white needle like crystals with vanilla odor and sweet taste. 1g Vanillin is soluble in 100 ml water at 25°C or at the ratio of 1:2 in 95% Ethanol at 70°C.

Applications:
Confectionery, beverages, ice cream, powdered drinks, fragrance, pharmaceuticals and other industries.
