Description:
Sucralose is a sugar-like sweetener that has been approved by the FDA. It is 600 times sweeter than sugar. It is a free-flowing, water-soluble, white crystalline powder made from a process that begins with sucrose, or table sugar.

Applications:
Sucralose is widely used in variety of food products including baked goods, baking mixes, non-alcoholic beverages, chewing gum, coffee and tea products, confections, frostings and nutritional supplements. It can also be blended with other sweeteners to improve the overall sweetness.
